This is touch keyboard for MIDI scanners of BBS-style, where all contacts share common ground. It is as simple as it gets, doesn't even require power supply, just connect the ground lead, like you would do with regular mechanical switches. It was made to test the MIDI scanners, but turned out so lovely that you also can have one.
It is possible to make those in any dimension and shape, so if you have specific need, ask for custom project. Obviously the electronic parts don't have to sit at visible side. The touch panel can be made with nothing else on top than the graphics.

This is not a MIDI scanner, or any kind of MIDI keyboard. It is just functional equivalent of the contacts alone. To make it work you need a MIDI scanner with common ground, either from MIDI-hardware, any other vendor, or self-made. The only requirement is that the inputs of the scanner are activated by shorting them to GND
